"I ordered a brush and ran into..."
I ordered a brush and ran into an issue with the delivery, so I emailed customer service pretty much right away. I got the automatic reply, which made me think maybe it was being looked at, but then I didn’t hear anything after that.

I tried following up a few days later, and still nothing. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it’s frustrating when all you need is a quick update. I don’t think I’ll order directly from the site again.

"Broke way too soon"
I really liked it at first, which makes it even more frustrating. After just a few weeks, it snapped, and I’m too mentally drained to deal with another thing breaking right now. Really disappointing.

"The Return Was Easy, but the Refund Felt Like a Saga"
Sending the item back was no big deal, super simple. But then came the refund wait… and wow, it felt like I was watching a slow-motion drama unfold. It eventually came through, but definitely much later than I expected

"I don’t get why everyone seems to..."
I don’t get why everyone seems to love this. My sister swears by a similar brush, so I thought this would be great for me too, but it just wasn’t. On wet hair it still tugged and snagged, and when I tried it on dry hair it made my hair all fluffy and static-y. It also felt kind of cheap in my hand. I gave it a few tries hoping maybe it was just my hair that day, but nope. Not something I’d use again.

"Might not be for thick curly hair"
I really wanted this to work, but it pulled on my thick curly hair more than I expected. Maybe I’m using it wrong, or maybe my hair is just too much for it, but it wasn’t very comfortable for me. I could see it being better for someone with thinner hair though.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered a brush thinking it would show up in a few days, but it took forever to arrive. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue what was going on most of the time. When it finally got here, the product itself was fine, but the package looked like it had been tossed around without much care. Overall, the slow shipping and careless handling were disappointing.

"Still gets stuck in my hair"
I was really hoping this brush would make detangling easier, but it didn’t do much for me. It still pulls, gets caught in knots, and feels about the same as any cheap brush I’ve tried. My hair still takes forever to get through, and it hurts more than I expected. I’m kind of tired of buying things that promise to help and then having to deal with the hassle when they don’t. Just not worth it for me...

"Just too scratchy for my scalp"
This felt way too scratchy for me. I expected it to be a little firm, but it actually hurt my scalp more than I was comfortable with, so I wouldn’t call it gentle.

"I bought this after noticing way too..."
I bought this after noticing way too many little broken hairs every time I brushed, so I was hopeful it would be a gentler option. The first few times I used it, I kept checking the brush like, okay, maybe it’ll be better today. But I’m still ending up with loads of snapped hairs stuck in the bristles, just like I did with my old cheap brush. After giving it a fair try, it really doesn’t feel like it made any difference for my breakage, which was disappointing

"Easy to clean, just not as effortless as I expected"
Overall, the brush does the job and it’s not hard to clean. Hair pulls out quickly, which I appreciate, but I was expecting the whole process to be a little more effortless. Small bits of dust and product can get stuck between the teeth, so I still have to spend a bit of time working those out. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, just not quite as easy to keep clean as I thought it would be...

"They sent the wrong brush"
I ordered one brush and got something totally different. The whole order was wrong, just wrong. Frustrating because I was expecting the item I actually picked.

"Didn't notice any smoother hair after a few tries"
I started using this last week hoping it would help tame my frizz, but even after a few days, my hair still looked frizzy and was just as hard to style as before. By the time I did my hair this morning, I couldn’t tell any difference.

"I really wanted to like this brush, but..."
I really wanted to like this brush, but the design just doesn’t work for me. Compared to other brushes I’ve used, this one feels awkward to hold and it slips way too easily when my hair is wet. Since there’s no real handle, it’s especially annoying to use on the back of my head. It somehow feels bulky but still hard to grip, which is frustrating. For the price, I expected it to be a lot easier to use. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The brush works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but I think it’s a bit overpriced. Compared to other brushes I’ve bought before, I don’t notice a big enough difference to justify the higher cost.
